The EM74LVC1GU04/EM74LVC2GU04 are single and dual inverter chips, respectively, with phase noise as low as -170dB. The input-to-output delay time is 2.4ns maximum, and the response speed is fast. The ESD protection level reaches HBM 8000V, CDM 2000V and MM 550V, which can be better used in 5G base stations, satellite communication and navigation applications with complex electrostatic environments.
